"If you're walking or biking the Grand Union Canal and need food/drink, I rec' SimplyFresh. It's an up market Co-op shop. Bright and clean. Open late - till 10pm on week days. Just 30 yards from the Old Oak Lane bridge, near Harlesden. Easy off and back and has a bike ramp. A good range of food and drink."
